PowerGolf Performance Program
This program will increase golf specific strength, coordination, balance, core strength, speed, and POWER!
The exercises are designed specifically for the movement patterns in the golf swing. The golf swing requires
the body to rotate and shift weight from one leg to another very quickly, and in a controlled manner. These
exercises incorporate rotation and weight shift with speed and resistance as demonstrated by PGA Tour winner
J.L. Lewis. According to J.L., "this program will build POWER in your golf swing."
The 25-minute instructional video contains two golf specific programs. The first program is designed to build
functional golf strength; the second develops speed and power in the golf swing. Included are a FREE Lifeline
Power Cable, two wrist safety straps, a door anchor and a fitness booklet. All for only $39.95 plus S&H. This
program is a fun, efficient, and effective way for you to build "A Better Golf Body ©."

Power Swing Fan
"Golf's easiest way to add yards to your drive!"
Without question, the Power Swing Fan™ is one of the easiest and most effective products for increasing distance and control available on the market today.
Simply pick it up and swing it 20-25 times a day, and you'll be on your way to better technique, longer drives, and lower scores.
NEW FEATURE
New colorful fin decals provide the player with a quick and easy reference while swinging. They come unapplied to accomodate both right and left-handed players.
Set up so the fin with the decals is square to the target. You shouldn't be able to see either decal clearly, just the edge of the fin. (Fig. 1)

BACKSWING
With a proper backswing, the player will take the Swing Fan back smoothly, keeping the arms extended until the shaft angle reaches about 45 degrees. (Fig. 2) The air resistance from the fins will discourage the player from "picking the club up."
At this point, the right arm will begin to fold and just after hip height the red BACK decal should begin to be visible. (Fig. 3) At the top of the swing the player should strive to keep their left arm extended, and the right arm in a good 90 degree angle position. (Fig. 4)

DOWNSWING
Again, the natural air resistance from the fins will encourage the player to follow the path of least resistance and start the downswing correctly. The right elbow and hands will drop as if they had the air let out of them, keeping the hands cocked in a powerful pre-impact lag position. (Fig. 5)
At impact, the fin should again come back so that neither decal is visible. This will indicate a "square" face position. (Fig. 6)

RELEASE & FINISH
Immediately following impact, the Swing Fan should rotate counterclockwise so the blue THROUGH decal is visible. This will put you in an extended "shake hands" position. (Fig. 7) Properly extending your arms is critical to optimize distance, control, weight transfer, and accuracy.
Finish the swing in a relaxed manner, allowing the arms to fold the hands over the left shoulder. The weight should be about 90 percent on the left foot, with the right foot coming off the ground onto the toe. (Fig. 8)

PGA MASTER PROFESSIONAL, Dr. Gary Wiren
Within 2-3 weeks you should be able to feel more control of the club, hitting longer and straighter shots. You won't be disappointed; I guarantee it! Good golfing.

Services
Rehabilitation Services
The BACKtoGOLF Certified physical therapist is trained to assist you with recovery from injuries,
surgery, and other conditions caused by golf or aggravated by golf. We are orthopedic physical therapy specialists that can quickly
determine your musculoskeletal problems and then help you to resolve them. We understand the golf swing from a biomechanical
perspective, or how the body must move. We can then give you the flexibility and strength to improve your swing mechanics and
relieve the pain of the golf swing or pain after a round. We have helped thousands of golfers, we can help you.
If you have a problem that has not been helped by others, we can often resolve the problem. Our experience working

health club setting through our "Train the Trainer" program. See "Physical Therapists" or
"Health Care Providers" for details. The BACKtoGOLF Fitness and Performance Programs were the first
to be nationally recognized by the PGA and LPGA for continuing education credits.
BACKtoGOLF schedules private speaking engagements at clinics, hospitals, service clubs, seminars, large meetings, and national
and state professional conferences.
Fitness and Performance Programs
The BACKtoGOLF Fitness and Performance Programs are individually designed to the golfer's needs. Each golfer receives a "Biomechanical
Six Step Swing Evaluation ©" and a posture, flexibility and strength assessment for the muscles and tissues that are used in
the swing. From the Six Step Swing Evaluation ©, a program is designed that will eliminate the tight, weak muscles that cause
swing faults, inconsistent golf shots, and back pain or other problems.
Components of the BACKtoGOLF Fitness Program
- Six Step Swing Evaluation ©
- Hands-on with a certified physical therapist, self-stretching instruction to maintain flexibility.
- Conditioning of the postural and golf power muscles. Special exercises for balancing of the postural muscles and muscles
which maintain the spine angle during the setup, backswing, and into impact.
- After the body is stronger, more flexible and the golfer is able to maintain the spine angle from setup to impact, you are now
ready for power and performance drills.
